By downloading, accessing, or using the NiHaWa mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NiHaWa is an AI-powered Chinese language learning application that provides speaking practice, graded listening content, cultural immersion lessons, and related educational features.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

NiHaWa offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a premium plan:

You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Refunds are handled per Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the App
Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including text, graphics, audio, video, software, and their arrangement — are owned by NiHaWa and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

NiHaWa uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content and evaluate pronunciation. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all AI-generated suggestions or evaluations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiHaWa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
